Terms & Conditions (T&C) & Customer Information
§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all deliveries and services provided by fairafric Ghana Ltd. to consumers.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily attributable to their trade, business, or independent professional activity.
§2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.

(4) After placing an order, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation (by e-mail or SMS). The contract becomes binding upon receipt of this confirmation.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment
(1) All prices are stated in Ghana Cedi (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
(2) Additional shipping or delivery costs may apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.
(3) Payment can be made via Mobile Money, credit card, or other payment methods offered in the shop.
(4) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, items are available for immediate dispatch. Delivery will be made within 1–2 business days after order.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover.
§5 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of fairafric Ghana Ltd. until full payment has been received.
§6 Returns & Refunds
(1) For reasons of food safety, only products that are unopened, undamaged, and in good condition can be returned.
(2) Returns must be made within 2 days after delivery.
(3) Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods arrived damaged or defective.
(4) Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned products have been received and inspected.
§7 Warranty
We guarantee that our products are delivered in proper condition. Should products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
§8 Contract Language
The contract language is English.
