Shipping & Payment Conditions

Shipping Costs

  • Customers will pay for shipping, with costs determined by location.

  • Delivery costs are calculated separately and not included in the product price.

  • Free shipping is available for orders above GHC 4000 within Accra.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all regions within Ghana, with shipping fees determined by location.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery usually takes place within

  • 1–2 business days after receipt of payment for deliveries in Accra.
  • 3-5 business days for standard shipping within Ghana. 

Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship all products together in one package, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the longest delivery time applies.

Payment

We offer the following payment options:

  • Mobile Money (MTN, AirtelTigo, Telecel)

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

Payment Details

  • The total invoice amount for the products is due immediately upon order confirmation.

  • For prepayment via bank transfer, the order will be processed and shipped only after payment has been received.

Taxes & Duties

All prices include applicable taxes in Ghana.
No additional customs duties apply for deliveries within Ghana.
