Your Role
Job Purpose
You will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery to ensure safe, reliable and efficient factory operations while minimizing equipment breakdowns and downtime.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery
- Carry out planned, preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment, including compressors, generators, chillers and pumps.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults involving motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems and other industrial equipment.
- Maintain rotating and static equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform equipment alignment, adjustments and mechanical repairs to improve operational
efficiency. - Participate in annual shutdown maintenance and ensure equipment is properly test-run before
handover. - Identify critical mechanical equipment and spare parts required for effective maintenance.
- Support mechanical installation, design and equipment improvement projects.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with HSE requirements and company procedures.
- Work with Production and Technical teams to resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.

What Qualifications you bring
Expertise with plant equipment and industrial maintenance
Educational Background
A minimum HND in Mechanical Engineering or MET II/MET III certification.
Work Experience
3–5 years’ relevant experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, plant equipment, rotating machinery, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Professional Excellence
You have solved machinery challenges across various industrial machines.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
Production Machinery Expertise
Knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, generators and motors
Equipment Alignment
Competence in equipment alignment and preventive maintenance.
Drawings and Manuals
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and equipment manuals.
Documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance documentation.
