You will shape and elevate the visual identity of fairafric and Amanase by creating compelling designs and packaging that reflect the brand’s bold, purpose-driven vision, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints while inspiring global audiences.
Your Responsibilities
Shape the Brand Identity of fairafric
- Conceptualise and design new packaging, marketing material and brand activations that reflect our bold, future-driven identity.
- Develop and refine design systems and brand assets to strengthen our global brand presence.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain high design quality across all touchpoints, including packaging, campaigns, and digital communications.
- Collaborate with global teams and work closely with marketing and design teams in Ghana and Germany to execute projects effectively and ensure alignment across all brand initiatives.
- Deliver visually compelling creative storytelling that translates strategic marketing goals into impactful, engaging design.

What Qualifications you bring
Expertise, Creativity and Passion to Elevate Our Brand
Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in graphic, brand or product design or a related field.
Creative Excellence
In-house or agency experience in Graphic design, branding or packaging, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work
Work Experience
Minimum years of experience: 3 – 5 years with either an in-house team or an Agency.
Skills
Competency

Adobe Creative Cloud
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Visual Storytelling
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling

Multi-Channel Design
Experience in designing packaging, campaigns, and digital/print assets

Design Systems
Ability to develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines

Industry Insights
Knowledge of current design trends and global branding best practices

Conceptual and Hands-on
Conceptual thinking and hands-on execution skills for creative projects
