You will create, manage, and optimize engaging digital content that strengthens fairafric’s brand visibility, grows a global audience, and builds meaningful communities, while bringing our products, mission, and impact to life across every digital platform.
Your Responsibilities
Tell Authentic Stories across products, people and mission.
- Create and publish high-performing content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, using mobile-first videos and photography captured directly from Ghana
- Build and nurture a global community by engaging audiences and fostering meaningful connections with the fairafric and Amanase brands
- Develop creative content formats and series that strengthen brand identity, increase engagement, and build a recognizable storytelling style
- Analyze performance and optimize content strategy using data and insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and growth
- Stay ahead of social trends and creator culture, leveraging viral hooks, platform formats, and emerging opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant
- Collaborate with global teams across marketing, design, and production in Ghana and Germany to ensure consistency and creative excellence.
The Qualifications you bring
A passion for Social Media and Storytelling
Educational Background
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a media-related field.
Creative Excellence
Proven experience in social media content creation and managing/growing platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), including video editing and audience engagement.
Work Experience
Minimum years of experience: 1 – 3 years.

Social Media Expert
Proficiency in social media platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content publishing tools.

Visual Storyteller
Ability to shoot and edit high-quality mobile-first photo and video content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and InShot to produce engaging content.

Consumer Insights
Knowledge of social media analytics and
performance tracking (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).

Up to date with Trends
Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.

Content Planning
Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools to maintain consistency and engagement.

Conceptual and Hands-on
Design supporting visuals with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and social storytelling.
